Can Your Child's Body talk?

If you forgot to fill your car up with gas, and it stopped running, what would you think? Something must be terribly wrong, or hopefully you remember that even this technology needs gas to work.

What is your child's body telling us with a fever? That something must be terribly wrong, or that it's protecting itself from harmful bacteria? Hopefully, you'll remember that our body's Creator designed us to stay alive and there are reason for the reactions we get.

True health is knowing that normal "numbers" - fever, cholesterol, blood values, etc, aren't the only thing that signal health. We may take medication to get our "numbers" back to normal, but may be hurting our overall health with the medication's side effects- or other effects.

Consider what some common "health problems" are telling us:

Diarrhea: We've ingested something bad for us and it needs to get out!
Vomit: We're rapidly getting rid of something bad for us.
Constipation: Response to dehydration and lack of body movement.
The flu: "Healing crisis" to tell us we need more sleep, less bad food.

True Health is listening to what the body is really telling us, learning from those symptoms and clues and making healthier lifestyle choices! www.JardineWellness.com

I have seen Dr. Jardine for the past several weeks regarding my TMJ. It has been terribly painful for the last 3 years and I've gone from doctor to doctor and heard about drugs and surgery. Recently she said to me, 'you know the tooth guard you wear at night is just a band aid.' Well, after a few weeks of adjustments, I decided to take the band aid off and see what it would feel like in the morning without the tooth guard the night before. Wow, I was shocked. It didn't hurt. My teeth were in alignment, the soreness in my face is almost gone and to touch it before was excruciating. Dr. Jardine is a book of wellness knowledge. She understands the impact our body's alignment, emotional and physical challenges, nutrition and sleep habits have on the body. She is able to put it all together and go after the roots of the problem because often there are many. I am so thankful to be free of pain for almost a week now. Thank you Dr. Jardine. The body is amazing and so are you!
