What part of thinking controls our health?

First you may be wondering: Does thinking control my health?

Have you ever worried your self sick? Or had a worry stomach ache? Or a tension headache?

So, you do see the mind/body connection. It even goes deeper... like pyschyneuroimmunology! Your thinking controls your brain which controls your immune system which controls much of how you feel and function!

A study at Hull University asked 30 subjects to perform bicep curls and discovered their muscles worked more when the subjects focused on what they were doing. Their conscious thought influences their autonomic reactions.

Let me be very clear: It's not, however, our conscious mind which controls our health! It's our autonomic or subconscious mind that does this.

Conscious mind: the logical brain side, can influence how we work, but does not control it. Put this theory to the test by this question: How many liters of blood have you pumped through your heart today? What is your exact pH blood level? This is all controlled by the subconscious mind or autonomic nerve system. No one would make themselves sick or immune suppressed on purpose!

Subconscious mind: Controls your organ activity, cell activity, tissue activity and all the functions of your body which in summation equal your health!

The important question is then, How can I know what my subconscious mind is doing, and how do I influence it to control the organs, cells and tissues for the healthiest me?

This is the correct question for preparing you for future blogs, information on our website, future classes and workshops we offer and a lifetime of fun and health! Stay tuned!
